The Israeli Scent is a site operated by Studio Orton which is a store exporting  products from Israel over the Internet. The site was set up to enable surfers worldwide to purchase products from Israel over the Internet. The site offers a wide spectrum of products by various manufacturers and under their

responsibility. Israeli Scent is merely a marketing agent. 

Ordering is carried out by selecting one or more products in the site and filling in basic details such as name, address, credit card number (a valid credit card). Data is highly secured.

The data provided during a purchase will be used only for carrying out  transaction and delivery.

 

Purchased products will be delivered by Israeli Scent provided that:   A. Order has been delivered according to instructions in the order form.

    B. All the personal details and information required in the order form are accurate and complete.

    C. Israeli Scent has verified the credit card is valid.

    D. The product is available in stock of either the manufacturer or marketing agent that work 

       with  Israeli Scent.

    E. In case some circumstances Israeli Scent cannot deal with should occur, Israeli Scent will not   provide the product, and the person who made the order will be notified in case a full payment has been made, and refunded.

After making the order, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail. The confirmation only verifies the

absorption of the order items only. After verifying the validity of the credit card and the 

availability of the product, Israeli Scent will deliver it to the address appearing in the order form.

Delivery is made registered through Israeli Mail. Allow 21 workdays for delivery.

Package and delivery are paid by the buyer. Delivery costs are listed in the order form.

Local and customs taxes in other countries are to be paid by the buyer.

Products can be replaced within 7 days after delivery. Videocassettes, CDs, books, albums, toys or computer games are to be returned in their original packaging.

The product must be sent with the invoice enclosed and a written letter confirming the returning of  the product within 7 days since it has been received to the following address:

Israeli Scent is not responsible for the quality of the products and hold the manufacturers or

distributes responsible for it.

Israeli Scent is not responsible for any delays or damage done to the products for various

reasons during delivery.

Israeli Scent also serves a community of surfers that have a keen interest in Israel and enables  

them to exchange information.

As Israeli Scent does not monitor the exchange of information among surfers, only the senders

using the services of the site have the copyrights on this information.
